A nutrition project used slim center-seal sachets for different single-serve powder weights. The first proposed dimensions felt too tight once the actual powder was considered, so paper pouch mock-ups were filled, dimensions were revised, and separate dielines were prepared. The evidence supports the method used here: density and weight narrow the range, but a physical fill check confirms the pack.
