We begin with a minimum order of 1 unit per artwork file. Please note that low minimum order quantities (MOQs) will incur higher costs because of the intricate setup involved. This complexity necessitates extra care in production to create these beautiful bags.
Can I do a custom size?
The machine's changeover time is complex, so we strive to offer as many standard size options as possible. If you have a large volume request for a custom size, please reach out to us!
How do I seal the bag?
The pouches can be filled from the top and then heat sealed shut above the pocket zipper or tin tie (if applicable).
What size do I need for my product?
The capacities and bag sizes we offer are approximate. For instance, the capacity (e.g., 1 oz, 2 oz) is based on tests with filled products. A bag's capacity can vary depending on the product; for example, the type of coffee bean and roasting style can affect fill volume. Salt, for instance, is denser than most teas. You may order some samples to test your product's fill and determine the right size for your needs.
